Serial Number Problems

Some users have had a hard time getting their software to accept a valid serial number.

One problem may be that you are trying to copy & paste the serial number from your e-mail into the serial number field. This can cause the serial number to be converted to a different font encoding than what the software expects - and the serial number fails.

The work-around is to NOT copy & paste your serial number, but to type it directly into the software serial number field.
